A Path to Successful Weight Loss: Get on the Healthy Track with Jim Pappas, former professional chef and caterer turned Certified Health Coach! In this workshop he discusses lifestyle changes leading to weight loss and a healthier, happier future. The eating environment, the foods we choose, and the power of exercise make it all happen! Health Coach, Jim Pappas, will explain the balance and connection of these three aspects, and focus on the joy of creating and enjoying food for yourself as you move toward your goals. He will discuss some time saving cooking options and between meal healthy snack alternatives will be explored and sampled. Most importantly, the self-discovery process of individualized lifestyle change strategies - that are different for each and every person – will be explored!

Jim Pappas became a certified health coach after a career as a professional chef and caterer. Throughout his life he struggled with obesity, which affected his health. After working in the food industry for over 30 years, Jim began an eight-year journey of weight loss and lifestyle change. Jim now helps others discover their potential for a healthier life.
