Ready for your habit changing adventure? As a Comfy Lifestyler, you’ll navigate the world of healthy living through three key elements: Awareness, Education and Statistics. On your journey, you’ll discover what’s real in the world of wellness, what you’ve been doing that’s working and not working, and how to alter the trajectory of your path. Through 12 weeks and 4 modules, you’ll experience weekly one-on-one coaching, weekly community coaching, an education on health like never before and uncover what’s been holding you back. Tier 1 Participation ($400/month):
1. Onboarding Meeting & Offboarding Meeting on Zoom (1 hour each)
2. Weekly live group coaching call (30 minutes)
3. Access to live group call recordings
4. Weekly Personal Coaching Call (30 minutes)
5. Daily Text for group Accountability
Tier 2 Participation ($700/month):
1. All Tier 1 Offerings
2. Monthly assessments with Comfy Fitness team (body composition, circumference, blood pressure & resting heart rate, and resting metabolic rate: how many calories you burn at complete rest) LOCATION SPECIFIC TO CHICAGO & LA.
3. 2/week Virtual Team Fitness Sessions
4. 1/week Virtual Group Mind/Body Session
