Wednesday 9/14/16 Comfy Fitness Exercise of the Day: Pilates Double Leg Stretch + Superman

This one is gonna destroy your core! WOW! Take it nice and slow. It's ok if it's hard! It's supposed to be! Keep your low back on the floor and your arms swinging out nice and wide. Do 6 a side, 12 altogether for 3 sets. Take 30 seconds in between for rest!
