Sorry for the ridiculous name of this one. We weren't quite sure how to describe it. Whatever you do, keep as stable through your midsection as you can as you abduct your leg and adduct your arm! Keep your palm and toes pointing at the floor. And most importantly, have fun! 3 sets of 12 a side.
