Monday 10/17/16 Comfy Fitness Exercise Of The Day: Squat-Tuck Jumps

We're back up and running and this week we're starting out with a bang! These will get your blood pumping and get you kicked into gear! Remember that the goal is not speed, but POWER! Try to land softly, #likeaninja! Do 3 sets, 12 reps and take 30 seconds in between. Good luck!!
